The Problem
Business Impact
The client's legacy marketplace had a Lighthouse performance score of 40, resulting in high bounce rates. Offline store inventory was detached from online listings, creating critical synchronization bottlenecks and manual verification delays.
Constraints
The solution had to preserve the existing offline store staff's Google Sheets-based workflow and require zero learning curve for any staff member.

Technical Execution
Architectural Strategy
Designed a custom WordPress plugin that maps inventory items as WooCommerce variants while maintaining them as simple items in their Google Sheets inventory. Developed a lightweight Go-based API microservice for real-time synchronization.
Depth of Execution
Created an automated trade-in quotation portal. Partners submit device grades, Go worker calculates quotes, triggers WhatsApp notifications, and automates Canada Post return shipping label generation.
